ABOUT OUR CEO

Our CEO, Mr. Robicheaux, is an Energy Procurement Executive associated with a large oil conglomerate.  Mr. Robicheaux now brings his 23 years of working in Fortune 500 energy operations and financial management experience, where he has been responsible for key accounts and the acquisition and turn-around of new business world-wide,  to Spencer Training and Testing Development, Inc. following it’s merger with Sierra Schools and Spencer School of Real Estate in late 2008.  Mr. Robicheaux’s plans are to ensure that the merger between Sierra/ Spencer Schools and Spencer Training and Testing Development, Inc. is strengthened through offering a competitive selection of courses, leveraging partnerships, and providing a quality experience and education to its clients and customers whether returning or new.

Spencer Training & Testing Development provides award winning Texas pre-licensing and continuing education courses in multiple formats to fit your busy schedule. Choose from classroom, correspondence or online for real estate sales person, real estate broker, loan officer, mortgage brokerage, loan processing, appraiser and inspector licensing, Now offering medical, legal, insurance and much more. We offer classes seven days a week with weekday as well as weekend schedules. Our education courses are supported by quality instructors, award winning curriculum and a student focused staff, with one mission in mind.  We want to ensure that we achieve and maintain your success in your profession.
